We were called out to this property for water leak detection in Doubleview.
The small burst hot water pipe, was found by our team using thermal imaging equipment on a tee piece going off to the hot water unit.
Hot water pipe bursts are much more common in the cooler months as the hot water is used more frequently and the ground temperature is colder.
